Who We Are
ShopperProof.com is operated by Synvia Pro LLC. ShopperProof provides AI shopper audits, evidence gap reports, scenario reruns, and agent-commerce readiness workflows for ecommerce teams.
Information We Process
We process store URLs, shop domains, product and catalog information, page and policy content, scenario prompts, audit transcripts, report findings, review notes, installation metadata, and usage information needed to operate the service.
Information We Do Not Need For The Current Product
The current product does not require customer personal data, order history, payment card data, or checkout payment credentials. If future Shopify app features require additional permissions, those permissions should be reviewed and disclosed before launch.
How We Use Information
We use information to scan storefront evidence, run AI shopper scenarios, generate reports, compare competitor outcomes, suggest fixes, rerun audits, support monitoring, maintain security, and provide customer support.
AI Processing
When a user runs an audit, scenario and store evidence may be sent through Vercel AI Gateway and configured model providers to evaluate the AI shopper outcome. Users should not submit secrets, private customer data, or sensitive payment information in scenarios.
Service Providers
We may use Vercel for hosting, Supabase or Postgres-compatible providers for storage, Vercel AI Gateway and configured AI model providers for evaluation, and email/support providers for operational communication.
Data Retention
Audit records are retained while the workspace or account remains active unless deletion is requested. We may retain limited operational records where needed for security, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
