Service Provider
ShopperProof.com is operated by Synvia Pro LLC. These terms apply to access and use of ShopperProof websites, audit tools, reports, Shopify app surfaces, and related services.
Service Description
ShopperProof provides AI shopper audits, scenario tests, evidence gap reports, competitor outcome analysis, rerun workflows, and agent-commerce readiness checks. Reports are diagnostic and informational.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
ShopperProof does not guarantee traffic, sales, rankings, AI citations, model answers, protocol eligibility, Shopify App Store approval, or inclusion in any third-party AI shopping flow.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for reviewing suggested fixes before publishing, ensuring product claims are accurate, and avoiding false reviews, unsupported claims, misleading policies, or sensitive customer/payment data in scenarios.
AI Output
AI-generated findings may be incomplete or incorrect. Users should review report findings, citations, and suggested fixes before acting on them.
Shopify App Use
If ShopperProof is installed as a Shopify app, requested access scopes should be used only to provide store evidence scans, scenario audits, reports, monitoring, and approved future workflows.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use ShopperProof to attack third-party sites, scrape private systems, submit secrets, generate deceptive product claims, or violate platform, privacy, consumer protection, or intellectual property laws.
